Zed Music Biz is an online platform designed to help Zambian musicians earn income from their music through views, connect with sponsors, receive bookings, and grow their fan base.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of the Zed Music Biz platform, including all services, content, and features provided through the website or application.

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

To use Zed Music Biz, you must:

  • Earnings are credited to the artist wallet
  • Income is generated after reaching at least 1,000 views

The platform may use systems to detect:

  • Fake views
  • Automated traffic
  • Fraudulent engagement

Any attempt to manipulate views may result in:

  • Loss of earnings
  • Suspension of the account
  • Permanent removal from the platform

6. Wallet and Payments

Each artist account includes a wallet used to track earnings.

Wallet funds come from:

  • Music views
  • Sponsorship deals
  • Bookings

Zed Music Biz may establish minimum withdrawal thresholds and processing policies.

Artists are responsible for ensuring their payment details are correct.

7. Bookings and Sponsorships

Zed Music Biz may allow artists to connect with:

  • Event organizers
  • Sponsors
  • Promoters
  • Brands

The platform may facilitate these connections but is not responsible for agreements made between artists and third parties.

Artists and sponsors are responsible for honoring their contracts and commitments.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users of Zed Music Biz may not:

  • Upload copyrighted music without permission
  • Manipulate views or engagement
  • Use automated bots or artificial traffic
  • Upload offensive, illegal, or harmful content
  • Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
  • Use the platform for fraudulent purposes

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform elements including:

  • Logos
  • Design
  • Software
  • Branding
  • Website features

are the property of Zed Music Biz and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform materials without permission.

Artists retain ownership of the music they upload but grant Zed Music Biz permission to display, stream, and promote their content on the platform.

10. Platform Availability

Zed Music Biz strives to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free performance
  • Uninterrupted access

The platform may undergo maintenance, upgrades, or service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

Zed Music Biz shall not be held responsible for:

  • Loss of income due to technical issues
  • Disputes between artists and sponsors
  • Unauthorized access to user accounts caused by user negligence
  • Third-party services linked to the platform

Users agree to use the platform at their own risk.

12. Termination of Accounts

Zed Music Biz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms and Conditions
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Abuse the platform

Users may also choose to close their accounts at any time.
